About Me

Hello

Welcome. My name is Tash. it is so wonderful to have you here.

I run Hello & Flow Yoga (formally Yogabellies) in the Hampshire/Surrey area.

I have 2x girls | 1x labrador | 1x husband

I love being outside in the sunshine and going on adventures with my gang and catching up with friends. I love nothing more than packing up the car and heading somewhere new to explore for a few days, hoovering up some good food and drink along the way!

Something you might not know about me - I used to be a producer/editor for a video production company - and had an edit I did shown at an event by Apple!

I may have run my own business for nearly 5 years now, but I still smile and get a bubbly feeling inside every time one of you decides to book a spot in one of my classes. I feel so genuinely lucky to be able to call ‘holding space’ for you my job. It really is an utter joy, and one I put everything I have in to, to make my classes the best they possibly can be for you.

Every class you book is a class with ME. If I can’t teach one week, I don’t send someone in my place. Hello & Flow classes are so much more than just a yoga class, they are a community, a welcoming space, somewhere you know you can come as you are, no judgement - EVER! They really are one of a kind, and I take such pride in that, I ensure that each one you go to, you know it will always be me that welcomes you.

I am constantly training, reading, watching, listening, so that my classes feature the latest evidence/research based information and advice. When navigating the pre and postnatal period especially - this couldn’t be more important.

I can’t wait to see you in class soon x
