Yoga For Beginners.
Fun, easy to follow yoga for women who don’t take themselves too seriously.
Come and have a go, enjoy a giggle, breathe, move, relax and maybe even find your calm amongst the chaos.
“I always want you to walk away feeling welcome, that you belong and ultimately that you can do what I teach.”
- Tash
Yoga for normal women.
Let me be straight with you - I’m not a super bendy pretzel, I can’t stand on my head, I can JUST about hold crow pose - but that’s after a lot of practising and it only lasts a few seconds!
So you can be safe in the knowledge that you’re not going to find any wacky near-impossible poses in my classes.
What you will find is a warm welcome, a room with such a laid back vibe that you can just rock up as you are - with absolutely zero judgement.
Having taught pregnancy yoga for a number of years, which by it’s nature is usually filled with women that haven’t done yoga before (or very little) - I am very skilled at teaching in such a way that you can easily follow the class even if you’ve never stepped foot in one before.
I strip it all back, keep it simple, offering options for different abilities which also gives you the option of going softer or harder on the day.
Come, say hello and enjoy a chance to flow in a way that feels good for you.
A warm hug in a yoga class.
Whether you are looking for a standard ‘normal’ yoga class, you’re pregnant and want to try pregnancy yoga or you have recently had a baby and are looking to give mum and baby yoga a go - I can’t wait to welcome you into class.
Come and feel empowered, have fun, escape the world and enjoy a chance to relax in a space filled with other like minded women all looking to do the same.
Hello & Flow Yoga For Beginners
I believe the joy in my regular evening yoga class is the balance of familiarity with a little variety and achievable challenge mixed in too.
I want you to be able to walk in and feel at home, however much yoga you’ve done in the past, whatever day you have had.
