Womens Yoga.

Beautiful yoga for women who don’t take themselves too seriously.

Breathe, move, relax and find your calm amongst the chaos.

Yoga for All Women.

Find your little piece of calm in a beautiful space lit with fairy lights and candles with essential oils diffused in the air.

Expect a warm welcome, easy to follow flowing yoga postures and simple breathing to quickly calm your nervous system.

Zero yoga experience needed. These classes are super laid back. We start with a little natter and giggle together, before moving and breathing together and finishing with stillness in our relaxation. The aim being the ensure you leave a little lighter than when you arrived.

Breathe | Move | Relax.

Everything about this class is designed for you to find that little piece of calm you have been craving. The fairy lights, the music, the aromatherapy oils in the air, the warm welcome, the smiles from the other women in the room - it’s hard to put into words just how wonderful this class is.

This class might just be my favourite of the week. It’s like a warm hug in a yoga class.

Everyone in the room is looking for the same thing. A chance to escape, to pause, to focus on themselves and ultimately to relax,

Yoga For Normal Women.

Yoga can get a bad rep - I know, I myself have been put off it in years gone by. This was due to feeling not bendy enough, not enough of a 'hippy', getting confused in class and not being able to follow it to name just a few reasons.

BUT I finally fell in love with it later in life when I realised it doesn't have to be like this. When I learnt the power of using my breath to find calm amongst my busy life and experienced being able to follow and enjoy a sequence of postures with ease. When that happens - it’s magic.

I want to do everything I can to help you experience the joy too.

Everyone is welcome, weather you're already a regular yogi or have never set foot in a yoga class before. Don't let any preconceptions or past experiences stop you from giving them a go.

I strip it all back, keep it simple, offering options for different abilities and to give you the option of going softer or harder on the day.

Come and say hello and expect a warm welcome.
