Yes they are. This is to enable a nice community to form throughout the classes as you start to get to know one another as the weeks go by. It also means I know who is coming each week so I can adapt my classes to suit your needs (for example as you progress through your pregnancy or postpartum journey). It helps you (and your baby if you’re in the postpartum classes) to feel comfortable in the space and be able to get more from the classes.

Getting started is simple. Either head to the Book tab across the top of the page, or contact me via the contact form saying you’d like to book and I can send the link to you directly.

For my pregnancy yoga and womens yoga classes yes I do. I recommend you book yourself in on the system for the full block so that your space is saved. But then when it comes to BACS you can just pay for the trial class. This works out as £14 for a pregnancy class and £13.50 for women’s yoga. If you do decide to continue, this then gets taken off the block price and you pay the remaining balance.
I do not offer trials for my postnatal classes as these all run in set half termly blocks.

I always suggest you should wear something that you are comfortable in for doing yoga. Something that enables you to be mobile so that you can move and stretch.

My pregnancy yoga classes are planned so that they are safe for you to do as you continue through your pregnancy. Unlike a ‘normal’ yoga class, these prenatal yoga classes feature more emphasis on preparing your body as it changes throughout your pregnancy, but also to prepare you for birth too. These classes feature breathing techniques designed for birth, and relaxations focussed on bonding with baby. They are slower in pace than a ‘typical’ vinyasa style class you may find at a gym, and only feature postures that are safe to do in pregnancy. You won’t find any big back bends, inversions or lying on your belly in pregnancy yoga.
