Getting started is simple. Either head to the Book tab across the top of the page, or contact me via the contact form saying you’d like to book and I can send the link to you directly.

Please don’t worry, lots of people do. Just drop me a message either via email, the contact form or my social channels and I’ll get back to you asap.

Book the first date that is available and then email me to say you’d like to start sooner than this. Babies have minds of their own, so there is always the possibility that a spot might open up earlier at the last minute.

For my pregnancy yoga and womens yoga classes yes I do. I recommend you book yourself in on the system for the full block so that your space is saved. But then when it comes to BACS you can just pay for the trial class. This works out as £14 for a pregnancy class and £13.50 for women’s yoga. If you do decide to continue, this then gets taken off the block price and you pay the remaining balance.

I do not offer trials for my postnatal classes as these all run in set half termly blocks.

In short, yes. But drop me an email via tash@helloandflow.co.uk and we discuss the ideal number for you.

That is fine, you are welcome to either move over to the other pregnancy yoga class I run on a different day whilst you are on your antenatal course, or you can break up your pregnancy yoga block so it runs before/after it.

Email me with the details and I can arrange this for you no problem.

This can happen for a couple of reasons, either the class on that day is full or I am away so not running a class on that day. I recommend booking in the number that you can, making payment and then emailing me to say you’ve done this. I can then either add you on if there are any spaces not on the system, or add the additional class onto the end.

Sometimes yes there might be the odd spot that hasn't made it to the system. So it’s always worth dropping me a message if you’d like to join and I can update you on my availability and see what I can do.

I always suggest you should wear something that you are comfortable in for doing yoga. Something that enables you to be mobile so that you can move and stretch.

My pregnancy yoga classes are planned so that they are safe for you to do as you continue through your pregnancy. Unlike a ‘normal’ yoga class, these prenatal yoga classes feature more emphasis on preparing your body as it changes throughout your pregnancy, but also to prepare you for birth too. These classes feature breathing techniques designed for birth, and relaxations focussed on bonding with baby. They are slower in pace than a ‘typical’ vinyasa style class you may find at a gym, and only feature postures that are safe to do in pregnancy. You won’t find any big back bends, inversions or lying on your belly in pregnancy yoga.
