Hello & Flow (formerly YogaBellies) classes are designed for you to find some calm amongst the chaos. A chance to breathe, to move, to escape and to reset. All whilst surrounded by a bunch of likeminded women all looking to do the same. Whether you are pregnant, newly postnatal or neither - I have a class for you.

I work hard to give you the best possible opportunity to find your calm.
Everything about the environment is done to evoke a feeling of calm as soon as you walk in. My aim is to make you feel at ease and comfortable enough to really settle in and enjoy your class, giving your nervous system a chance to really settle. Expect fairy light lit rooms, essential oils in the air, gorgeous music and a warm welcome.
Whatever your reason for coming - whether that be forgetting about the world, moving your body, bonding with your new baby or the one growing inside, calming that busy mind, switching off from the day - getting the chance to simply pause and enjoy the space is such a treat.
At Hello & Flow yoga I run friendly welcoming yoga classes for women who don’t take themselves too seriously.
I want you to be able to walk in and feel at home, however much yoga you’ve done in the past, whatever day you have had.
Let me be straight with you - I’m not a super bendy pretzel, I can’t stand on my head, I can JUST about hold crow pose - but that’s after a lot of practising and it only lasts a few seconds!
So you can be safe in the knowledge that you’re not going to find any wacky near-impossible poses in my classes.
What you will find is a warm welcome, a room with such a laid back vibe that you can just rock up as you are - with absolutely zero judgement.
Having taught pregnancy yoga for a number of years, which by it’s nature is usually filled with women that haven’t done yoga before (or very little) - I am very skilled at teaching in such a way that you can easily follow the class even if you’ve never stepped foot in one before.
I strip it all back, keep it simple, offering options for different abilities which also gives you the option of going softer or harder on the day.

Whilst I am a specialist pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and kids yoga teacher - I also run ‘normal’ hatha style yoga classes. These are aimed at all women and run on Tuesday evenings in Zebon Copse, Church Crookham which is just between Fleet and Farnham.
