Hello & Flow (formally YogaBellies) classes are designed for you to find some calm amongst the chaos. A chance to breathe, to move, to escape and to reset. All whilst surrounded by a bunch of likeminded women all looking to do the same. Whether you are pregnant, newly postnatal or neither - I have class for you.

Everything about the environment is done to evoke a feeling of calm as soon as you walk in. My aim is to make you feel at ease and comfortable enough to really settle in and enjoy your class, giving your nervous system a chance to really settle. Expect fairy light lit rooms, essential oils in the air, gorgeous music and a warm welcome.

Whatever your reason for coming - whether that be forgetting about the world, moving your body, bonding with your new baby or the one growing inside, calming that busy mind, switching off from the day - getting the chance to simply pause and enjoy the space is such a treat.
